The approach was simple:

Build fast → Test in real life → Iterate continuously

📄 Step 1: Defining the System

I started by creating a raw PRD in Notion.

This included:

• Core activities (meditation, naam jap, breathwork, stretching, journaling)
• Basic flow of the experience
• Key constraints (no interruptions, minimal UI, smooth transitions)
• Desired feeling (calm, continuous, distraction-free)

Then I used ChatGPT to:

• Structure the PRD
• Refine the flow
• Identify tools and stack required
