How did we identify the Problem?

What’s the Problem?

Doctors often conduct consultations in fast-paced and mobile environments, where capturing accurate clinical information in real-time is challenging. While web-based systems exist, they are not accessible during bedside or on-the-go consultations, forcing doctors to delay documentation. This gap increases cognitive load, leads to documentation inconsistencies, and impacts both clinical decision-making and the quality of patient care.

The Challenges?

Why Solve this? Why Important?

When clinical conversations are not captured properly, care quality, continuity, and doctor well-being suffer. Solving this isn’t about efficiency alone—it’s about enabling safer, more human healthcare.

🕒 Live Consultation Pressure

Doctors must listen, think clinically, and document at the same time. Without real-time support, critical details are often captured later, increasing the risk of missed or incomplete information.
