This Privacy Policy explains how Ready2Go (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the App.

1) Summary

• Your tasks, notes, tags, lists, projects, areas, and AI profile are stored locally on your device.
• If you use AI checklist generation, the text you provide (and optional AI profile content) may be sent to selected third-party AI providers to generate a result.
• The App may use your device’s notification system to deliver reminders you schedule.
• We do not sell your personal data.

2) Information you create in the App

The App lets you create and store content such as:

• Tasks (including title, notes, priority, deadline, status)
• Lists, Projects, Areas
• Tags
• Completed/Deleted items and restore/purge actions
• Optional AI user profile (JSON) used for personalization

Storage: This information is stored locally on your device using on-device database storage (Core Data).

3) AI checklist generation

When you use AI features, the App may send the following to the AI provider(s) you choose/configure:

• Your prompt text (what you type or paste)
• Optional AI user profile content (if you enabled/filled it)
• Current date/time (ISO 8601) to support time-sensitive planning
