Health Connect Sync

Pathbound uses your real-world running data via Health Connect.

After logging in and creating your character:

  1. In Pathbound go to the “Runs” tab.
  2. Click the button to view Health Connect Settings.
  3. When prompted, click “Connect”
  4. Click "Allow all" to grant permissions for workouts
  5. Return to Pathbound - If you have recent runs in Health Connect they should now be appearing in the runs list.

Troubleshooting

If you've run recently and it's not showing up, check that your runs are being written to Health Connect from your fitness app (such as Strava, Nike Run Club, etc.) or contact us

If you want to check permissions later

  1. Open the Health Connect app on your Android device.
  2. Go to "App permissions" and find Pathbound.
  3. Make sure Exercise permissions are enabled.

Don't see your runs? Make sure your fitness tracking app is syncing workout data to Health Connect.
