Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Community & Events Lead to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will take the lead on community management, event coordination, and social media marketing, with a specific focus on managing our monthly events.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee our monthly community events.
• Develop and manage online communities, driving engagement and fostering a positive environment.
• Implement a social media strategy that aligns with our vision and goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to ensure our digital presence is cohesive and engaging.
• Handle community queries, facilitate conversations, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews.
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in community management and event coordination (2-3 years).
• Demonstrated ability to plan and lead community-based initiatives and events.
• Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
