1. Network Structure & Roles

ReFi DAO operates with a decentralized yet coordinated structure, balancing autonomy with alignment to the network’s broader mission, vision, and values. At the core, ReFi DAO Global serves as the governance and operational body, overseeing strategic planning, financial management, and network-wide coordination. Meanwhile, Local Nodes and Network Initiatives maintain their independence, contributing to the overarching goals of the DAO. Each role within the DAO, from Core Stewards to Contributors and Supporting Members, has clearly defined responsibilities, including mission alignment, transparent financial and impact reporting, and active participation in governance when necessary. This structure allows for diverse initiatives to flourish while ensuring cohesive progress towards ReFi DAO’s collective mission.
