If your account has been flagged or requires additional verification, you can undergo a re-verification process with the Election Integrity Commission. This process involves a live video call where you will verify your personhood and demonstrate access to your wallet by performing an on-chain transaction.
Steps for Re-Verification:
1. On-Chain Interaction Screening
Before the video call, ensure you are logged into the wallet you have minted your I am Human SBT with, This will involve making a simple transaction, which will be observed during the call.
2. Book an Appointment with the EIC
- Follow the unique link provided to you in I-am-Human.
- Choose an available slot that suits your schedule.
- Confirm the appointment.
3. Join the Video Call
- At the scheduled time, use the provided link to join the video call, which can be on Google Meets or Zoom.
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection and a working camera.
4. Screen Sharing
- Once on the call, when instructed share your screen with the EIC member.
- This allows the EIC member to observe your actions and ensure transparency in the verification process.
5. Instructions by the EIC Member
Follow the steps provided by the EIC member:
- Log onto Near Social
- Use the same account with which you have registered your SBT.
- Navigate to the NDC NearSocial Page
- Access the official NDC page on Near Social.
- Receive a Specific Phrase
- The EIC member will provide you with a specific coded message or phrase and NDC Post to reply to.
- Reply with the Coded Message
- Reply to the post using the specific coded message provided by the EIC member.
