Plation Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Rapid Trio mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to a "Local-First" privacy model, ensuring that your party environment remains private.
1. Information Collection and Usage
- No Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, emails, or device identifiers.
- No Audio Access: While the game is played verbally, the App does not access, record, or transmit data from your device’s microphone.
- Game State Data: Any local settings, such as selected card decks or high scores, are stored locally on your device. Plation Inc. does not have access to this data.
2. Data Storage and Processing
- On-Device Only: All randomization logic for prompts and the countdown timer happens strictly on your hardware.
- No Cloud Sync: Your game data is never uploaded to external servers.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
- Deleting the App will permanently remove all local preferences. We cannot recover data because we never host it.

This Agreement is between you and Plation Inc. for the use of Rapid Trio.
1. License Grant Plation Inc. grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. Nature of the Game
- Social Utility: The App provides prompts and a countdown timer for a verbal game. Plation Inc. is not responsible for the verbal conduct of players or any social disputes arising during play.
- Physical Safety: Users may pass the device quickly during gameplay. You acknowledge you are responsible for the safety of your device. Plation Inc. is not liable for hardware damage occurring during a session.
