Rank/Badge Update

[ ] Compile listing of all badges - unsure all badges are added to our current log including all offered in last month's publication and noted in the discord #badge-log thread by staff. Add any active badges earned such as the birthday badge. Then type out lists for all these badges so they may be posted to our board and publication
[ ] Compile listing of all rank increases (be sure to note all post count badges at this time!) and post to all servers
[ ] Complete rank update
[ ] Create new profiles for newly ranked Acolyte members
[ ] Find any previous badges in our #initiate-badge-log for new Acolyte members (awarded in previous updates before directory profile was available)
[ ] Send neomails to users that have ranked up informing them of their new status/profile
[ ] Remove those who have left the guild
[ ] Post the main board/mailer for privilege requests
[ ] Send birthday presents from the guild and make official birthday announcement with all users mentioned encouraging others to send gifts - chkinbiscuit
[ ] Update winning customizations and artwork from the publication
[ ] Archive user profiles of those inactive for 90 days or more from directory
[ ] Log initiate badges for next update
[ ] Add ranks and data to master-log

[ ] Update staff directory profiles and move new staff members to proper section
[ ] Staff description updates for directory profiles
[ ] Create personalized badges for spotlight staff members
[ ] Update guild for new/improved staff members
[ ] Send allowances to council/positions with such requirement
