Enrich database

• Create and share database to add actors in the ecosystem
  • Input whether the DB should have additional columns or requires further explanation/info

Swarm intelligence / support needed

• Populate the DB with relevant actors and contact info etc → document knowledge and network of GITA members
• Gather all data from various different investor & startup lists and databases, to aggregate in one single DB
  • see links on our DB spreadsheet
• Pick 10-15 GITA brains on our overview of the ecosystem to see if they come up with additional ideas/points/examples for each actor (1-1.5h)
• Identify which GITA members are part of which class
  • try to schedule 20-30 min interviews with 2-3 folks from each class to inform our overview and see what insights we extract from that
• Maybe add information & sources on public funding for different impact causes
• MIMS Leadership Workshop on how to connect and define next steps between different OKRs

Conclusion

I don't believe that an open "hackathon" with 20+ members is necessary, but having the opportunity to invest some time and pick the brains of 10-15 min GITA members, as well as some brief interviews would probably do the trick. To bring it all together a sync off the MIMS group and T would probably be most valuable.
