People struggle to ask for or give financial help due to fear of rejection, privacy concerns, and the awkwardness around repayment. Most existing payment and lending apps are either too formal, overly rigid, making it hard to track who owes what, manage dependents’ spending, or set safe limits on shared funds. Our goal was to design a simple, trusted financial aid platform that removes emotional friction while adding clarity, accountability, and control to everyday money support among family and friends.
