In order to make sure your Program and BuckeyeThon are on the same page in terms of fundraising, costs, and final reveals, all programs are required to maintain a Financial Tracking Document. This document is provided by BuckeyeThon, must be maintained on a regular basis, and will be submitted to BuckeyeThon at the end of every year. Pick your file based on your preferred Spreadsheet editor:
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Sheets
Important Info
- Do NOT upload the Excel Version to Google Drive. This will mess up formulas and calculations. If you are using Google Drive, please use the Google Sheets version
- Do NOT edit the "REVEAL" sheet. This sheet does calculations automatically based off the other sheets
- The "Costs" sheet is only meant for money that will be deducted from the reveal
- Your final reveal should be the amount being donated. This means any money not being donated MUST be deducted prior to reveal
- This document MUST be updated even if your program has their own tracking sheet. You may maintain both, but BuckeyeThon will NOT accept any other tracker when submitted at the end of the year
- This Tracker must be updated on a regular basis and must be presented to BuckeyeThon for review at any time requested
