- Talent attraction: attract and select EiRs and cofounders primarily, and contributors secondarily.
- Research: collabtech ecosystem mapping and identification of collabtech problems (similar to the work we're doing in TogetherCrew mapping different possibilities or with IDconnector)
- EiR program: research mentorship for EiRs to validate a solution and build a pitchdeck
- Investment Committee: Approves Opportunity Validation Briefs coming out of the Research team and venture pitches coming out of the EiR.
- Venture Support: support as fractional cofounders our ventures (current portfolio + graduates from EiR)
- Venture Reporting: monitor portfolio health.
- Venture support: hands-on fractional cofounder services.
- Mentors network: cultivate a network of mentors and make intros.
Ecosystem Success
Makes sure the engine has fuel and it's getting exponentially more efficient and attractive.
- Strategy, Sales & Fundraising: facilitating strategy process and ensuring RnDAO remains solvent through ecosystem partnerships, fundraising, and approving budgets.
- Stakeholder Reporting:
- preparing impact assessments and reports for ecosystem partners.
- in the future, investor updates.
- Ops: admin and compliance e.g. contributor payments, cashflow projections, RnDAO legals, access management, subscriptions, etc.
- Marketing: RnDAO brand and comms. Day-to-day, supports talent attraction and venture support, reporting, community & community partners, and special projects.
- Special projects: running mini-programs like the cofounder match-making with Arbitrum, Hackathons, pitchdays, etc.
