These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the QuitMap mobile application ("QuitMap", "the App") provided by Dustin Spyra ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
QuitMap is a habit-tracking application designed to help users reduce or quit unwanted habits by visualizing progress through a heatmap-style calendar and streak tracking.
The app stores habit data locally on the user’s device and does not require account creation.
QuitMap is intended for personal use only.
QuitMap offers optional paid features through platform-specific in-app purchase systems, including the Apple App Store (Apple In-App Purchases) and the Google Play Store (Google Play Billing).
Available purchase options may include QuitMap Pro Weekly Subscription and QuitMap Pro Lifetime Unlock.
Prices may vary depending on region and will be shown in the respective app store before purchase.
QuitMap may offer a 3-day free trial for the Pro subscription.
If a free trial is available, the trial begins immediately after activating the subscription. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
For Apple App Store (iOS): Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account after confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
For Google Play Store (Android): Payment will be charged to your Google Play account after confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings. Renewal charges are applied according to Google Play’s billing policies.
QuitMap may offer a lifetime purchase that unlocks Pro features permanently for the current version of the app.
Lifetime purchases are a one-time payment and do not renew automatically.
