(index: #vouchers) ****these and all other valid spendable vouchers will be calculated, tracked and logged by our staff and viewable in our records column (onsite). if you have recently been awarded a voucher, see our discord thread for recent updates, official logged in the exchange log below and your official totals on the prize profiles database presented below.
Members are encouraged to Create a Gallery Category to store your vouchers in to track your unreported vouchers earned throughout the month. See your total reported vouchers onsite posted at the end of each calendar month.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPIRATIONS
new players are required to complete our application before redeeming earned vouchersmembers on hiatus for more than 60 days (since last private board post) will have all pending prizes retired permenantly. voucher redemption forms should be used to redeem all vouchers. all awarded vouchers are valid til end of year or retired due to inactivity.
