QuickReceipt (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is designed to be privacy-first and offline-first. This policy explains how your information is handled when you use the app.

1. What We Collect

We do not require accounts and we do not collect personal data on our servers.

All data is stored locally on your device only, including:

• Receipt and expense details (amounts, dates, IDs, notes)
• Passenger or customer information (name, phone, address — if entered)
• Business or driver profile details (name, company, contact info, tax ID)
• Trip data (pickup/drop-off addresses in rideshare mode)
• Saved passengers/customers and recent locations
• Company logo (stored as a local file on your device)

We do not transmit this data to any server.

2. Location Access

Location is used only while the app is open to help autofill addresses.

We do not:

• Track your location
• Store GPS coordinates
• Send location data anywhere
