Step 2: Import to n8n

1. Open your n8n instance
2. Click "Import from File"
3. Select the downloaded JSON file
4. Click "Import"

Step 3: Essential Setup (5 minutes)

1. Google Calendar Integration
   • Connect your Google account
   • Grant calendar read permissions
2. Google Drive Integration
   • Connect your Google account
   • Create "Meeting Prep Briefs" folder
   • Copy folder ID from URL
3. Gmail Integration
   • Connect your Google account
   • Grant email send permissions
4. Google Gemini AI (FREE)
   • Get API key from aistudio.google.com
   • Add to HTTP Request node
   • 15 requests/minute, 1500/day free

Step 4: Configure Variables

Update the "Set Variables" node with:

• Your email address
• Google Drive folder ID
• Any custom settings
