GM Vault is designed as a link-based helper, not a writing tool. Instead of writing content directly inside Owlbear Rodeo, each page links to an external URL (like Notion, Google Docs, PDFs, Videos or any web page), which opens when needed.

Focus on the game, not the tabs

Add your first folder and page

Create your DM structure: Use ➕ to add folders and pages (Acts, Encounters, NPCs, Handouts…). Reorder, rename, move, or delete anything from the ⋯ menu.

Open notes instantly during play

One click = open: Click any item to open it in a modal inside Owlbear.. Use Back to return to your list.

Share with players using the eye toggle

DM-only by default: Everything starts hidden. Click 👁️ on a page or a folder to show/hide content for players.

Use handouts: full screen + show to players

Reveal visuals at the right moment: Click any image to view it full screen. Use Show to players to send it to everyone.
