Here is where you can create questions to add to your workouts. This will serve as the library for all questions you might want to incorporate within your daily workouts.

<aside> 👉 Inside the M1 Team app, there are five training libraries: Skill Development , Strength & Conditioning , Education Materials , Questions and Coaching Resources. Each is utilized to categorize your content in order to make it easier to find & sort through.

Create Questions

  1. Under the Training Libraries dropdown, select Questions.
  2. Click Create New Question.
  3. Input your question and add a description if you would like. Select the type of answer you would like for you athlete's to input. Enable or disable points and add a tag to your liking.
  4. Click Create New Question.

Add Questions to Workouts

  1. Select Create/Edit Workouts under the Workouts & Training tab.
  2. Select Create a New Workout or an existing workout you would like to add a Workout Questionnaire to.
  3. Click the + Add New Question Block button and a new block will be created.
  4. Click the Add Question dropdown arrow to view available questions.
  5. Select the questions you would like your athlete to view.
  6. Click Save Workout when complete.

Generate Report

  1. Under the Training Libraries dropdown, select Questions.
  2. Click Generate Report.
