  • Background Check: You will receive an email within 24 hours of requesting quantum onboarding with a link to complete your background check. Make sure you check the spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
  • Drug Test: Within 24 hours of completing your background check you will receive an email with instructions to complete your drug test in person. Make sure you check the spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
  • Lumen Training: Complete the required compliance training here and text a photo of completed training certificate to OneStop.
• [ ] Door Knocking App: Enzy is where you will find all your assigned leads, where to disposition customers, etc. You will receive an email from Enzy with a link to login. Please do not create a free account in the meantime! This will delay your onboarding. Download the app here for IOS or here for Android
• [ ] Deal Submission: Once onboarding is complete you will receive an email with your Lumen ASAP login credentials. This is where you will submit orders for all quantum sales. Login Link

• [ ] Dress Code: Athletic shoes and pants (or shorts for warmer weather) and a plain colored polo for uniform. Some reps prefer to also wear a reflective vest, but this is optional. If company merch is available, it will be mailed to you. Please ask your manager about obtaining branded merchandise. All reps must have a visible ID badge at all times.
