How many people want to work on climate, how many people know that it's possible, and what's stopping those that do? You'd think someone would have the answers by now? Nope, it's on us!

For Work On Climate, having the world’s largest climate community is just a start: we are building a movement to make climate work mainstream in the entire talent ecosystem.

As such, we have a RE - Ecosystem Research Team committed to answering these questions so that we can focus on the right levers of change and advocate for it.

👷🏼 What will I do?

You will conduct quantitative research with climate job-seekers, employers and founders

We will support you—both in this role and on your personal path to working in climate—and will provide the necessary resources (funding for running surveys, the right tools, help with recruiting etc.)

We are looking for a volunteer Quantitative Researcher to help us with this effort.

As a first project, we’d love your help conducting our first general population survey to find out “Which are the most common reasons for not seeking a climate job among people who are motivated to address climate through work but have not (or have just) started job searching?”
