QNTM:KNTRL is a suite of music making tools that allow you to compose, arrange, control and automate your song across 16 channels and 8 scenes inside an AUM session.

QNTM:KNTRL takes a modular approach to song creation. There are QK tools for note, beat, rhythm and chord generation as well as parameter automation. Overseeing these tools is KNTRL which keeps all QK devices synchronised and provides midi control over instruments, effects, midi generators and channel mixer controls.

Developed in Mozaic , the QK tools each have their own menu system and common features like copy/paste, delete and scene control. Individually they cover all essential functions for composition, arrangement, control and automation of your song.

The 5 QK devices:

• KNTRL: Synchronises all QK instances, scene navigation/management, midi control of instruments, mixer and effects
• BEATS: Drum pattern generating tool with built in kick, snare, hat, perc patterns as well as editable Euclidian sequencing
• NOTES: Melody sequencer with independent rhythm and melody generation tools. Notes can also be routed via KORDS for triggering notes of the current chord.
• KORDS: Chord progression generator that outputs chord notes over 8 channels triggered (gated) by incoming notes in C major
• AUTOM: 16 slot scene based automation generator. Edit automation per beat or apply ramps over whole scenes.
