Internal Surfaces

Internal surfaces are not considered for QC
All parts that are not to be seen once assembled (for example: inside surfaces of the case, inside the screw holes, and all other parts that might not have been listed) will not be considered for QC.

Exchanges & Refunds

An exchange or refund will only be provided if there are factory defects present.
We do not offer a change-of-mind return.

The unit must be opened and inspected within 7 days of delivery, according to the tracking, to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
A continuous unboxing video without any interruptions is required as proof of the defects and damage that occurred at the factory. In addition to the video, please also supply the photos that were clearly taken to better show the defect.
For the PCB warranty claim, please show proof of DOA or defect to claim for damage
- The video of the PCB is not recognised by VIA
- Photos of damage (if applicable).

A kit is considered A-Stock if:
- It has no damage, scratches, or dents larger than 1×1 mm.
- It is free from any defects that prevent it from functioning as intended.
- The keyboard's external surfaces show no scratches, dents, or other damage.
- Minor imperfections on internal surfaces (not visible during use) are acceptable.
- Marks near screw holes or anodization hook marks on internal surfaces may be present and are considered normal.
Minor colour variation between units might occur due to different anodising batches. This is normal and will not be considered faulty.

Copper and brass items may naturally oxidise over time. While we take every possible measure—such as applying a protective clear coat—to minimise oxidation, it may still occur during transportation or due to environmental factors. As such, light oxidation will not be considered a quality control defect.

For PC/PEI material in general, there may be faint marks on the case body, and this is completely normal for PC/PEI material, so it will not be considered as scratches
While we try to do our best (and install metal-thread insert screw holes) to prevent cracking, over-tightening screws can crack the case. This does not fall under the faulty category, and we will not be liable for any replacements.
PC material will yellow over time; this is completely normal. We will not be liable for returns and refunds.
