Remember how we treated Sales to Customer in QBO? Now we are going to follow the opposite path. We will now be the customer for another company, but the workflow has a similar trajectory as with Sales.

We learn how to enter Vendors previously QBO Part 3 under Add Vendors.

Now we will review how to pay Vendors that sell us a product or service.

Tracking Vendor Bills and Company Expenses

For expenses to be paid immediately or that have already been paid, use Check or Expense.
For bills to be paid later, use Bill, then Pay Bills.
