🛠️ Preboarding (Before Day 1)

• [ ] Shared QA Onboarding doc / test strategy

• [ ] Added to current sprint and documentation hub

📅 Week 1 – Setup & Systems

🎯 Goal: Get full access, explore systems, and understand how quality is built into delivery.

• [ ] Intro call with QA Lead + Engineering Manager
• [ ] Setup local environment
• [ ] Walkthrough of current QA strategy
• [ ] Review test cases in TestRail (or alternative)
• [ ] Review CI/CD pipeline and how tests run
• [ ] Run existing automated tests locally
• [ ] Join sprint ceremonies (daily, planning)
• [ ] Explore flakiness reports or known test gaps
