StockFlow - MSME Stock Management (VERSION 1.0)

Main Objectives of StockFlow Project in Helping MSMEs:

1. *Make it easy to record stock items digitally so that MSMEs no longer need to record manually.
   • This is achieved through the system's ability to add, change, and delete product data, as well as track incoming and outgoing stock automatically. The process of inputting daily stock purchases and recording buyers, purchased stock, and total payments are also part of digitizing records.
2. Providing notifications of low stock items to prevent running out of goods when selling.
   • This objective is directly supported by the automatic notification when stock is running low and low stock notification on the home page (as an advanced feature).
3. *Receive and record customer purchase information against stock items for stock updates and reporting.
   • This is fulfilled through recording the buyer, purchased stock and total payment, which directly affects the out-of-stock amount. Weekly/monthly sales reports are also derived from this customer purchase recording data.
