1. Information Collection

‘PureSnap’ (the “App”) itself does not collect or store personal information on our servers. However, certain third-party services integrated into the App, such as Google AdMob, may collect limited information automatically as described below.

• User Data: Photo capturing and editing are processed locally on your device. We do not upload, transfer, or store your photos on our servers.
• Payment Information: All purchases are handled securely through the Apple App Store. We do not have access to your credit card, billing, or payment details.
• Advertising Data: The App uses Google AdMob, including interstitial ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect certain information, such as IP address, device identifiers, advertising data, crash logs, performance data, and information about how users interact with ads, in order to serve, measure, and improve ads.
• Third-Party Processing: Any information collected by Google AdMob is processed by Google in accordance with Google’s own privacy policies and terms.

1-1. Face Data

• Data Collected: The App recognizes face data (such as facial features and positioning) in real time through the camera in order to provide photo capture and editing features, including filters and effects.
• Purpose of Use: Face data is used solely for real-time on-device processing and rendering of photo effects.
• Sharing and Storage: Face data is never transmitted off the user’s device. It is not stored on our servers or on any third-party servers, and it is not shared with third parties.
• Retention and Disposal: Face data is discarded immediately after real-time processing is complete and is not retained in any form.

2. Use of Information

• App Functionality: Your app settings, filters, and preferences are stored locally on your device to provide the App’s features.
• Advertising: Information collected through Google AdMob may be used by Google and its partners for ad delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We do not retain your photos, face data, or other personal content on our servers.

Information collected by third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob is retained and deleted in accordance with the relevant third party’s own policies.
