TL;DR: Pulse pulls market stats for a US zip code mid-call, so you can answer "what are homes doing around here?" with numbers. Use one or two stats to build credibility, then get back to booking the appointment.

What Pulse does

Type a zip code, pick the property type, and Pulse loads the local numbers while you're on the call.

What data you get

• Days on market
• Price per square foot
• Inventory
• New listings (counts the current calendar month)
• Pricing trends

A blank field means our data provider has nothing for that zip and property type.

How to use it

1. During a call, open the Pulse panel
2. Type the zip code
3. Select the property type

Turn Pulse on or off in the widget settings.

When it earns its keep

• A circle prospecting or farm call where they ask what their home is worth
• An internet lead asking about a different area
• An expired seller asking why their house didn't sell
