What is Pulse?

Pulse is a live DJ engagement platform by Pulsium. It captures what a DJ is playing in real time — track title, artist, BPM, and key — and shares it with the audience through a live voting page and a real-time analytics dashboard. It turns every DJ set into a measurable, interactive experience.

Who is Pulse for?

Pulse is built for three audiences:

What does Pulse actually do?

Pulse detects the track currently playing on a DJ's setup (via Rekordbox or Pioneer CDJ hardware), sends it to the cloud in real time, and displays it on a public audience page where people can vote from 1 to 10. Meanwhile, the DJ and event owner get a private dashboard with live metrics like crowd score, votes per minute, track ranking, energy curve, and more.

What makes Pulse different from other DJ tools?

Pulse is the only platform that combines real-time track detection from Pioneer CDJs and Rekordbox with live audience voting and performance analytics. It's not just a "what did I play" log — it's a full engagement and analytics layer. It works offline at the hardware level (critical for clubs), and gives both DJs and venues actionable insights.

How It Works
