1. Take advantage of our proposal templates: We have easy-to-use proposal templates to help you create effective proposals. Depending on your property and strategy type, our templates will highlight the key information you should include for your users.

2. Provide key financial data: Financial data and analysis very useful to help members understand details of the investment. Our proposal templates will ask for financials to generate key stats such as NOI, IRR, Cap rate, and Cash-on-cash values.

3. Set up a proposal discussion meeting: You can set up a discussion meeting time for all interested members. This meeting will be used to answer questions, share more details, and begin discussing operating agreement terms.

If you decide not to set up a meeting, you will still need to choose a Launch Date for the proposal.

4. Ensure your user profile is complete: A proposal creator’s background is one of the key factors in building trust amongst potential partners. The more information and experience you can highlight on your profile, the better!

5. Share your proposal: Proposals are by default shared with your network. You can also choose to share the proposal with specific communities and users both on and off Fractional. Interested parties must be Fractional members in order to join the proposal.

Once your proposal is published and shared, our Fractional concierges will work with you throughout the proposal stages to ensure success.
