• The dataset skews toward people working in larger organisations: 80% of respondents worked for companies with more than 50 people.
• Respondents overwhelmingly came from the technology and software sector (54%), but finance/banking and transportation/logistics had meaningful representation.
• The maturity of the organisations spanned from early‑stage (least represented) to enterprise.
• The majority of respondents worked in hybrid settings.
