Recently, several of Europe’s best-known startups have made drastic cuts to their teams in order to cut costs and preserve their cash runway.

In Berlin, amongst the companies that went through layoffs were Gorillas, Klarna, Nuri, Kontist, Getir, Choco, Arive, and more.

Getting fired is never a fun experience and everybody deals with it differently. For some people, it can trigger intense and overwhelming reactions that lead to very difficult emotional and mental states that can last from several days to several weeks.

If you have been laid off and as a consequence, you’re now struggling with your mental health, please get professional help.

There’s no shame in seeking support from a therapist, psychologist, or coach to process difficult experiences. You deserve to feel happy and find a positive outlook on your life and career again.

In light of this, the other day, I published a post on LinkedIn searching for psychologists and coaches that would be available to help fellow boss babes who were affected by the layoffs.

Here’s all the data I was able to collect thanks to the many responses to my post:

Individual therapists, psychologists, and coaches that are currently able to take on “emergency” clients and patients

Organizations that offer psychological support and therapy
