Provisioner Tokens is the only currency for acquiring Gift of Craftsmanship, which is required for crafting legendary armor, runes and sigils. You will need 50 Provisioner Tokens per each armor piece. So in total 300 tokens per weight set. That’s quite a lot, so you better begin collecting them in advance.
Provisioner Tokens are limited to buy daily. Those, you can’t get more than N each day. And some ways are much more expensive than the others. This guide will cover only the easiest and cheapest one for acquiring 9 Provisioner Tokens per day and 3 more if you have extra resources to spend.
There are Faction Provisioners, who changes stuff to Provisioner Tokens. We are interested just in three of them, all are on the HoT maps (they are located right near waypoints):

You can buy the required items on TP or just craft them, because you already likely have enough resources even to do this daily. So the overall cost of buying the items directly from TP or crafting them (if you buy all the resources on TP) is about 2.5g.
