For four years, I had the chance to contribute to the scaling journey of this amazing startup: Establishment of financial and operational systems, the strategic partnership and acquisition process with a US-based company, setting-up the Dubai office, leading ATOLYE to be a B Corporation (B Corp) certified organization.
At the same time, I learnt a lot from the whole team about community building, design approach, innovation and future of work.
