Starting a new project? Start with this structure.

1. Elect a directly responsible individual (DRI) for the project. This person is responsible for moving the project forward and the project management of it.
2. Create a Notion page under the most relevant workspace.
   1. On top of the Notion page, list who the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) is, and where other relevant resources can be found (like the Asana project)
3. Create an Asana project in a relevant team
4. Link them to each other

When is something a project?

When it has more than a single task.

Do I need a due date or deadline?

No. But it's helpful to set some for outside clarity.
