As the project lead for this annual fundraising gala, I oversaw all elements of the event. This included:

• Agency management
• Budget and timeline oversight
• Creative direction, including messaging, design, materials.
• Script writing. I drafted all scripts for the event, collaborating with the agency to ensure messaging was consistent with the organziation goals and values.
• Print production. Ensured all items were delivered and produced on time and within budget.
• Volunteer recruitment. Worked with the volunteer coordinator to ensure we had enough volunteers and that they were trained and prepared.
• Donor engagement. Worked with the Development Team to create unique and effecive ways to engage donors and sponsors in the event.
• Venue. Identified and worked with the venue to create an event that represented the image and experience desired by the organization.
• Event. Onsite for the entire day and night of the event, oversaw all elements, worked closely with the agency, venue and Foundation team to ensure the event was successful.
• Post-event analytics. Provided post-event analytics to the Development Team and Executive Director for report out to sponsors and the Board of Directors.
