The primary field is an Attachment field, focused on letting you upload documents of any type and getting it approved.

Add each of the following required fields to your Airtable:

You can choose to add optional fields that might cater to your specific workflow. If you don't need any of these fields, you can choose not to add them to Airtable and they won't get picked up by Clockworks to create the Approval Request.

Optional Fields

• Please note that the way Airtable displays Rollups fields reverses the order selected in a multi-select field. Clockworks will automatically reverse the Rollup result for you. We recommend you set up the Approvers Field and use that to select approvers while you run your process and hide the Approver Names and Approver Email Address fields.
