By February 2026, we will deliver:

• A refactored, well-tested Explorer with automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimized data fetching, reducing latency and eliminating redundancy.
• A resolved bug backlog with improved UI stability.
• A live voting-transparency feature integrated with the voting-tally subgraph.
• A 6-month roadmap and contributor documentation for long-term sustainability.
• Post-delivery SLA-backed support, ensuring continuity and trust.

Our mission-aligned, community-first approach ensures that the Explorer becomes reliable, transparent, and trusted infrastructure for orchestrators, delegators, developers, and stakeholders.

2. Team Overview & Capabilities

BuildUnion is a collective of developers, designers, and strategists focused on Web3 tooling, DAO infrastructure, and decentralized governance. We operate as an integrated unit to deliver high-impact, production-grade applications.

We bring extensive multi-chain experience as Web3 architects and long-time contributors to decentralized governance. We were early contributors to Dash, helping shape some of the first DAO governance mechanisms, and have since contributed to Polkadot’s governance infrastructure, Solana’s developer tooling, and Gnars DAO community initiatives.
