One of the first steps in the investment proposal process is setting up and running a Proposal Discussion Meeting. When you create the investment proposal, you can add a discussion meeting link.

This meeting is an opportunity for interested members to ask you questions and for you to clarify any additional details about the proposal and upcoming expectations and deadlines.

    1. Set a maximum hold period, and a time to check-in and re-evaluate hold & sell options
  7. Frequency of partnership check-ins
    1. Determine how often group members are comfortable checking-in
  8. Confirm next steps
    1. Once this call ends, the proposal will officially launch
    2. Members must put down a deposit in order to secure their spot
    3. Share the Operating Agreement Guide with members - once the property is under contract, the group will need to finalize the Agreement
