This is an early “alpha” version of the product, so it’s not fully built yet. We’re using this session to learn:

• How clear the idea is
• How easy the app is to use
• What’s confusing or missing

We’re not testing you — we’re testing the product. If something breaks or is confusing, that’s exactly what we want to know.

1. What is a Property Locker?

Property Locker is a tool for renters and property owners to document property conditions at move-in and move-out.

The goal is to:

• Make it easy to organize photos by room and feature
• Use checklists to track condition
• Generate shareable reports so security deposit disputes are easier to avoid or resolve

In this alpha demo, you’ll explore the basic structure of the app and the checklists. Some features are still under development.

2. What you’ll see when you join

When you click the link, you’ll land on a simple page that says Property Locker with a short description and a Get Started form.
