If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Application.

1. User Account and Registration

To use ProofBox, you are required to create an account using your Google or Apple account. During registration, we collect your name, email address, and profile information.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account

2. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use ProofBox in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading documents
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data
• Use the Application for illegal or abusive purposes
• Engage in automated or bulk uploads that disrupt system performance
• Misuse location-based features or manipulate deals/offers

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of your uploaded content.
