Session Overview

This session followed the Projects Folder Full File Index session (2026-05-20) where Sam approved two actions after reviewing the Excel index:

• Option A: Run folder cleanup on _Quarantine_2026-05-15 (244 files / 8.3 MB) and the 45 loose files at the Projects root.
• Option C: Kick off a deeper admin/ audit (4,285 files / 1.1 GB / 502 subdirs), the second-largest consolidation target after Repos.

Both were executed in the same session.

What Was Accomplished

1. Projects Root Cleanup

The Projects root had 45 loose files that belonged in subdirectories. All were moved to appropriate locations:

• PLAYBOOK*.md files → admin/playbook/
• Shell scripts (*.sh) → admin/scripts/
• Cleanup audit files → admin/cleanup-audits/
• Handoff docs → admin/handoffs/
• Session logs → admin/session_logs/
• Scheduled task configs → admin/scheduled-tasks/

A rollback manifest was written to: admin/session_logs/root-cleanup-rollback-2026-05-20.md — lists every file moved with source and destination.

After cleanup, the Projects root contains only opportunities-and-expansion-log.md as a loose file (correct per CLAUDE.md convention) plus the standard top-level folders.

2. Quarantine Archive Resolution

_Quarantine_2026-05-15/ contained 244 files (8.3 MB) in two subdirectories:

• macos-junk/ — .DS_Store files and macOS collision artifacts
