Built a side project when me and my friends would take minutes to perform a simple transaction. Designed and built a simple but intuitive application inpspired by paypal and Cashapp. I tried to understand the user behavior and implemented a 1 click payment option to reduce the overall transaction time. Scans GitHub Issues and Apollo to find leads and creates a tailored email and provides an ICP score to filter and store the leads in Baserow table. Sends an automated email which is triggered from a webhook in Baserow upon manual updation of the status of the leads.
Automated Lead Tracking: The system streamlines the CRM pipeline by automatically moving leads through four distinct stages ("New," "Email Sent," "Meeting Scheduled," and "Meeting Completed") based on client actions, eliminating manual data entry delays and maintaining clear company visibility.
Multi-Tool Integration: Built using Make, Airtable, Tally, Slack, and Google Calendar, the workflow uses webhooks to log scheduled meetings and auto-calculates time thresholds to instantly mark past appointments as "Meeting Completed."
