Monarch is a sleek, urban apartment development in the heart of Tyger Valley, crafted to deliver an elevated, contemporary lifestyle. I played a leading role in bringing the project to life spearheading the brand identity, designing and developing the website, and executing a full-scale marketing strategy that positioned Monarch as a premium investment opportunity in a fast-growing area.
I developed and led the entire branding and marketing direction for Monarch, strategically positioning it as “The Jewel of Tyger Valley.” From naming to narrative, I shaped a brand that resonated with modern buyers.
My work included the creation of comprehensive marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, floorplans, marketing and construction billboards, hoarding, banners, branded documents, and high-impact event promo boards. I also designed and produced some of the social media reels, static content, and email campaigns tailored to generate leads and build momentum in the pre-launch phase.
The result? A blockbuster launch:

I initiated the website design process in Figma, ensuring clear structure and brand alignment before moving into development. Working with a WordPress developer, we translated the vision into a functional, responsive site.
As the project evolved, I stepped in as the sole developer managing updates, adding new features, and keeping the site optimised and reliable.
A standout feature was the interactive pricing tool I built on the Pricelist page. I also developed a custom automation system using PHP, SQL, and Make.com to sync unit availability in real time keeping the platform accurate and sales-ready without manual intervention.

Viribus Property Marketing & Sales was a newly established real estate marketing agency seeking a bold entrance into the market. To attract clients and establish early credibility, the brand required a strong visual identity, a polished digital presence, and compelling marketing collateral.
I led the full brand development process from logo design and typography to color systems and visual tone. I also designed the company’s initial suite of digital assets and print collateral, including brochures, business cards, and presentation templates.
To support client acquisition and market positioning, I produced high-impact promotional content tailored for both print and digital channels ensuring Viribus launched with a confident, professional image and a consistent brand voice across platforms.

ARCVIZ3D is a high-end 3D visualization studio delivering world-class architectural renders and visual solutions to clients across local and international markets.
I led the creation of the ARCVIZ3D brand identity from scratch designing a sleek, modern logo, defining a refined color palette and typography system, and establishing a visual language that reflects the precision and elegance of their rendering work.
To support client acquisition, I also crafted a polished company profile and designed targeted email campaigns, ensuring the brand made a strong and lasting first impression with every touchpoint.

Twenty1 is an urban luxury development located in Rosebank, Johannesburg, offering high-end apartments and amenities designed for modern city living.
Essential my first big project in marketing, I designed the brand and key print materials including flyers, brochures, hoarding boards, signage, and billboards. I also created social media content from posts to reels and developed branded documents to support the development’s marketing efforts.
I wasn’t part of the initial development, but stepped in when the project ran into issues providing copywriting and design solutions via Figma/Framer to help the project meet client requirements. I also built the dynamic pricelist with automated unit status updates (reserved/cancelled) using Make.com and took over full responsibility for site maintenance and updates after development.

I led the design of key marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, large-format signage, hoarding boards, and billboards all aligned with the development’s upscale positioning. In addition, I created some of the social media content from static posts to dynamic reels and produced branded documents to support client presentations and investor engagement.
Although I wasn’t involved in the initial website build, I was brought in when the project hit a bottleneck. I provided copywriting and UX/UI solutions using Figma and Framer, helping steer the project back on track to meet the client's expectations.
I also developed a dynamic pricelist system that updates unit statuses (e.g. reserved, cancelled) automatically using wizadry(good old coding) and integrations minimizing manual input and ensuring real-time accuracy. After launch, I assumed full responsibility for maintaining the website and implementing ongoing updates.
