- This system shall gather consistent fields for every entry: full name, job title, organization, email address, and location.
- This system shall have uniform format for each field.
- This system shall have filter option. Before starting matching, there will be a condition form where you can choose matching conditions, for example, set specific preference for those 8 features.

- This system shall automatically compares existing data fields to publicly available sources.
- The system shall try to prioritise the most recent information when there is conflict between different sources.

- This system shall display the source URL after finishing updating and display in logs
- Authentication for editing and saving changes:
- what kind of staff has the access to this data or can save the changes or change it directly.????
- Do we need to keep the records that who did the change and save those changes??
