This project presents a comprehensive HR Analytics Dashboard built in Power BI to analyze employee attrition, salary distribution, job roles, education background, and workforce demographics.
The objective of this project was to:
Identify patterns behind employee attrition Analyze salary and job role distribution Understand demographic trends Build an interactive HR performance dashboard for decision-making This dashboard is designed for HR Managers and leadership teams to make data-driven workforce decisions.
