This project examines how daily League of Legends Ranked Solo/Duo and Teamfight Tactics (TFT) gameplay relate to mental fatigue and focus. The study collects personal gameplay logs, including session start and end times, session durations, daily session counts, and total daily gameplay duration. In addition, self-reported mental fatigue and focus ratings are recorded using numerical scales.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether specific gameplay session structures, timing, and frequency are associated with increased cognitive strain and behavioral patterns that may reflect gaming addiction.
