- How are we managing the scope?
- The project scope is owned by the Business Sponsor / Product Owner.
- The scope is progressively elaborated and prioritized through Product Backlog Grooming and Sprint Planning sessions.
- Once the scope is finalized, it will be included as part of a scheduled Release.
- How are we managing the schedule?
- The project schedule will be managed through the Release Plan, which is time-boxed to releases of 3 months each.
- Once the Product Backlog is completely groomed, the PM/Scrum Master will provide an end-to-end release plan.
- How are we managing project changes?
- The PM / Scrum Master and the Business Sponsor / Product Owner manages the scope, schedule, and any changes to it.
- Any change will be discussed and agreed upon with consideration of the impact on scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
