• How are we managing the scope?
  • The project scope is owned by the Business Sponsor / Product Owner.
  • The scope is progressively elaborated and prioritized through Product Backlog Grooming and Sprint Planning sessions.
  • Once the scope is finalized, it will be included as part of a scheduled Release.
• How are we managing the schedule?
  • The project schedule will be managed through the Release Plan, which is time-boxed to releases of 3 months each.
  • Once the Product Backlog is completely groomed, the PM/Scrum Master will provide an end-to-end release plan.
• How are we managing project changes?
  • The PM / Scrum Master and the Business Sponsor / Product Owner manages the scope, schedule, and any changes to it.
