• [x] Event executed within #5,000,000 budget
• [x] Post-event satisfaction score of 80% or above from team survey

Key Assumptions

• All 15 team members are based within Nigeria and require domestic travel only
• Team members hold valid means of identification required for hotel check-in
• Vitalbridge Technologies Ltd will provide a confirmed attendee list by June 10, 2025
• HR Director will be available for weekly check-ins throughout the planning period
