As the startup grew, operational demands increased across product, content, and support work. Processes were mostly informal, information was spread across tools and messages, and leadership needed better visibility without adding heavy process or slowing the team down.
My Role I supported operations by creating lightweight structure around how work was requested, tracked, and followed up. I focused on helping the team stay aligned, keeping communication clear, and ensuring routine operational tasks ran smoothly in the background.
